Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that nothing like that will happen in the Barisan Nasional (BN) which adopts the approach fair to all races in Malaysia and have a clear direction for the country.
"We also saw the DAP is not only dominated by a single race, the Chinese, but also by the family dynasty where Lim Kit Siang got the highest votes while his son Lim Guan Eng in second place," he said.
He was speaking at the opening of the 23rd General Assembly of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) here today. He urged the people to continue to support BN practicing unity under 1Malaysia concept and this is also evidenced in the Cabinet lineup.

The Prime Minister also said the BN government will continue to provide support in various areas such as education and business to enable the country to continue to prosper.
Meanwhile, Najib said the BN is serious and sincere in his promise to the people not just as some leaders such as Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim..
He said when Anwar briefly became the acting prime minister in 1997, a former deputy prime minister under the administration of Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had plenty of opportunity to prove his authority, but have taken the easy way out by letting the International Monetary Fund to control Malaysia during the economic crisis.
"He (Anwar) did not protect the country's sovereignty ... He never asked himself why he was not fit to be prime minister," said Najib.
Najib also asked people not to Malaysia's future under the opposition pact.
He said the coalition of the opposition parties have no common ideology and have no clear direction on the future of the country.
"Even their leader Anwar (PKR adviser) and PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang competing to become prime minister if the opposition coalition authorities.
"We (the state) can not have a (governed) an alliance that basically flawed," Najib said.
